 QUALIFICATION PROCESS: 
           
 Individuals who qualify for the HPHA program will receive all hearing health-related services at no charge.  Applicants must be residents of the Coachella Valley; and meet thefinancial criteria to be determined through the HPHA application process. Applicants are asked to return a completed application to be reviewed by the HPHA Board of Directions. If qualified applicants will be notified by telephone and instructed on how to proceed with their free hearing evaluation, consultation and fitting.  Please remember HPHA is avaliable for ages 16 and over, and is a last resource for hearing devices. If you or your family is not financially challenged please do not apply.  
     
  Requirements:
   
1. Resident of the Coachella Valley
    
2. Financially challenged
(if a minor, family or guardian must be financially challenged.)
     
3. Must be 16 years of age or older.
                          
4. Must complete application in full to be considered.
(approval determined on a case by case basis, we will hear all cases)
